Activist, attorney, journalist, politician. Robert Sargent Shriver III (born April 28, 1954) is an American activist, attorney, and journalist. He was a member of the Santa Monica City Council from 2004 to 2012, serving as mayor pro tem in 2006 and as mayor during part of 2010.
(RED) is a division of The ONE Campaign, founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver in 2006, that partners with iconic brands to raise money and awareness for the Global Fund. The Global Fund supports life-saving programs in 100 countries to end AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria.
