12 de ene. de 2007 · "Blues With A Feeling" is former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett's first full foray into playing solid blues. Besides showing off his brilliant guitar playing, Hackett also plays a mean harmonica and displays superb vocals (similar to David Gilmour). The CD is a 12-track collection of Blues standards and Hackett originals.
"Blues with a Feeling" is a blues song written and first recorded by Rabon Tarrant with Jack McVea and His All Stars in 1947, as the B-side of "Slowly Goin' Crazy Blues". Although the original release was commercially unsuccessful, the song later became an important hit for Little Walter , with whom it is usually identified.
