Blues to the Bush track dates? Does anyone know details of the specific dates of tracks on this 1999-era live album? I know they're recorded Nov 12-13 in Chicago House of Blues and Dec 22-23 at Shepherd's Bush Empire, but can't find any specification of which tracks come from which dates.
