Billy Murcia (Bogotá, 9 de octubre de 1951 - Londres, 6 de noviembre de 1972) fue un músico nacido en Colombia y criado en Jackson Heights, Queens, reconocido por haber sido el baterista original de la banda de glam rock The New York Dolls.

Murcia was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Jackson Heights, New York, United States. He and Sylvain Sylvain both attended Quintano's School for Young Professionals, in the late sixties.
