William "Billy Boy" Arnold (born September 16, 1935) is an American blues harmonica player, singer and songwriter. Arnold is a self-taught harmonica player and has worked with blues legends such as Bo Diddley, Johnny Shines, Otis Rush, Earl Hooker, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters and others.

Billy Boy Arnold is a blues harmonica player and oral historian who emerged as the youngest recording star among Chicago’s impressive corps of blues harmonica players in the 1950s. He was born in Chicago, hailed from a family of musicians and educators, and idolized John Lee "Sonny Boy" Williamson. He recorded for Vee-Jay, Chess, and other labels, and influenced rock acts such as the Yardbirds and the Animals.
