Bessie Carter (born 1 November 1993) is an English actress. She is known for her role as Evie Wilcox on the BBC television series Howards End (2017) and Prudence Featherington on the Netflix series Bridgerton.

Bessie Carter Co, formerly known as Sweet Love, was established in 2020, but the vision was created in 2014. Due to personal health issues the owner wanted to create delicious baked goods that did not compromise her health. Gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar free baked goods were not easily available, and if they were, did not please the pallet.
