TBII was my introduction to Oldfield back in high school and it remains my favorite of his, it's my desert island disc, basically. Since I have all of his albums on CD and vinyl, I started looking for tapes last year, which is much slower going, but fun to work on.
Hace 5 días · The Gold Anniversary of Mike Oldfield’s trailblazing magnum-opus will be performed by an expansive live group, featuring and arranged by Mike Oldfield’s long-term collaborator, Robin A Smith. The concert will see Tubular Bells performed in full, along with further Oldfield compositions, including “Moonlight Shadow”, “To France”, “Family Man”, and excerpts from “Ommadawn”.
