Batman Returns is barely a batman movie. It's just a coat of Batman paint over a Tim Burton movie.

20 de feb. de 2023 · I've read many posters in here excited about Michael Keaton reprising his role as the caped crusader in the upcoming Flash movie and they seemed to have a soft spot for Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992). I somehow skipped these movies when I was a kid, so I watched both of them during the weekend and... these movies are weird, man.
11 de ago. de 2020 · While I agree with you that Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman is far more interesting than Kim Basinger as Vicki Vale (Catwoman is easily the best component of Returns), I feel that overall Returns is more bloated and slow (both metaphorically and literally lol) compared to 1989.

7 de sept. de 2024 · Batman: Return of the Joker (NES) - This one was just amazing on the NES. It pushed that system to the limit. There was also a Genesis version, but I never played it. Batman Returns (SNES) - This was a great original beat em up by Konami. Adventures of Batman and Robin (Genesis/MD) - This one was a run and gun, very hard, but looked amazing.

3 de sept. de 2024 · Catwoman -- I have no problem with a one-note character built entirely around sex, but Catwoman was just kind of boring. Her myriad sexual innuendos weren't clever or shocking, so it felt like she was just going through the motions. All of her dialogue was pretty bad. And then her being able to fight Batman one-on-one was just baffling.
