Does anyone here have experience with the Thunderstick trackball TS-UTB-01? aka Glen's Retro Show trackball. I find when spinning quickly in specific directions, the trackball rattles and almost pops up a bit. Is this normal for this product? Should I try fixing it myself? I've only been using mine for a week or so, I'm debating contacting support.
