The Barrow Grammar Schools were two adjacent single-sex education schools in Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire (now Cumbria), England during the 20th century. Both schools merged in 1979 to form the co-educational Parkview Community College of Technology.
186 students from Barrow Boys' Grammar School died during combat in World War II and are commemorated on plaques in Barrow Town Hall in Duke Street. Structure. The school was previously known as Harrison Barrow Grammar School for Girls and Hartfield Crescent. In 2003 a new building was built onto the site of Ninestiles, known as the ICT and Business Studies Block. The Building came into use for 2004, providing more ICT and Business Study Rooms.
