As Long As I Have You is the legendary Roger Daltrey's first solo effort in over 20 years. The former Who singer delves in and out of classic rock and some very laid-back balladry, to unfortunately mixed results. There, is, however, some undoubtedly excellent material here, as well as some strong covers of musicians ranging from Nick Cave to Elvis.

The album will feature 11 new studio recordings of new Roger Daltrey written tracks and covers of tracks from the likes of Steve Stills, Parliament, Nick Cave, Stevie Wonder & Dusty Springfield.

Surprisingly, Daltrey’s new album As Long as I Have You hits that era of early Who influences, but Daltrey has the taste to cover much of the past 60 years of pop music with surprising picks.
