  2. Antioch College is a private liberal arts college in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Founded in 1850 by the Christian Connection, the college began operating in 1852 as a non-sectarian institution; politician and education reformer Horace Mann was its first president. The college has been politically liberal and reformist since its inception.

  3. Antioch is A College of Action. Antioch prepares students to live lives of intention. Students have agency to design their education, to own that education, to govern their college, to collaborate with their faculty, and extend their classroom learning into the real world.

  4. International Students. Though a small community, Antioch College enrolls students from 27 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Our faculty and staff come from equally diverse origins, including Haiti, the Bahamas, Japan, Puerto Rico, and India, among others.
