Angus McKinnon Young (Glasgow, Escocia, Reino Unido, 31 de marzo de 1955) es un músico británico y de nacionalidad australiana, conocido por ser uno de los miembros fundadores y el principal guitarrista del grupo AC/DC, aparte de ser el único miembro que ha permanecido en la banda desde su inicio.
Angus McKinnon Young (born 31 March 1955) is an Australian musician, best known as the co-founder, lead guitarist, songwriter, and the only remaining founding member of the hard rock band AC/DC. He is known for his energetic performances, schoolboy-uniform stage outfits and his own version of Chuck Berry 's duckwalk.
Founding mainstay guitarist Angus Young, performing in Munich in 2001. The group had developed a strong live reputation by mid-1974, which resulted in a supporting slot on Lou Reed's national tour in August. During that tour, Malcolm switched to rhythm guitar, leaving Angus on lead guitar – the roles the two guitarists played from then on.
