Andrew Lesnie (Sídney, Nueva Gales del Sur; 1956-ibídem, 27 de abril de 2015) [1] fue un cineasta australiano, miembro de la Australian Cinematographers Society y de la American Society of Cinematographers y ganador de un Óscar por la fotografía de El Señor de los Anillos: la Comunidad del Anillo .
Andrew Lesnie ACS ASC (1 January 1956 – 27 April 2015) was an Australian cinematographer. He was best known as the cinematographer for The Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001–2003) and its prequel The Hobbit trilogy (2012–2014), both directed by New Zealand director Peter Jackson.
Andrew Lesnie (1956-2015) was an Australian cinematographer who worked with Peter Jackson on The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies. He won an Oscar and received 28 other awards and 37 nominations for his photography.
