A British actor whose first role came in the sitcom Butterflies (1978-1983), Hall and Nicholas Lyndhurst starred as the rebellious teen brothers of a middle class family. He enjoyed a successful career on stage after joining the RSC in 1984, later founding a producing company with Tracey Childs.
