Amy Hood (born August 9, 1971), is an American business executive serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft since 2013. Hood is the first female CFO in Microsoft's history.
Amy Hood leads Microsoft's worldwide finance organization and has been involved in its acquisitions of Activision Blizzard, LinkedIn and GitHub. She joined Microsoft in 2002 and earned a degree from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard University.
