Amol Rajan (born 1983) is an Indian-born British journalist, broadcaster and writer. Rajan is a former adviser to Lord (Evgeny) Lebedev, and was appointed the editor of his newspaper The Independent in 2013.
Amol Rajan joined the Today presenting team in 2021. Amol joined the BBC in 2016 as its first Media Editor, leading its journalism on media and technology globally.
