Aleksandr Anatolyevich Matovnikov (Russian: Александр Анатольевич Матовников; born on 19 September 1965), is a Russian statesman and military leader, who is a Lieutenant General as of 2018, and currently the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces of the Russian Federation since 22 January 2020.
