On December 14 at the creative workshop of the rock club Vyacheslav Butusov and Dmitry Umetsky turned their attention to Albert Potapkin, the drummer of the UPI RTF VIA. Potapkin did not refuse the offer, but did not leave UPI's VIA RTF either, and thus began to participate in two groups at the same time.
