Hello, it looks like the season numbering of Air Crash Investigation on TV maze is off by one with respect to Wikipedia, IMDB, TheTVDB, etc.. The reason is that episodes Special Report: System Breakdown and Special Report: Cruel Skies are considered independent specials here while they are considered to be Season 8 elsewhere.
