David Jon Gilmour CBE (/ ˈ ɡ ɪ l m ɔː r / GHIL-mor; born 6 March 1946) is an English singer, songwriter and guitarist who is a member of the rock band Pink Floyd.He joined in 1967, shortly before the departure of the founder member Syd Barrett. By the early 1980s, Pink Floyd had become one of the highest-selling and most acclaimed acts in music history.

29 de ene. de 2007 · David Gilmour's "About Face" is a glimpse of what the "Final Cut" could have been, had only David Gilmour some input on the final product. This was released at about the same time as Roger Waters' solo album "The Pros & Cons of Hitchhiking", and I find the Gilmour solo project more listenable.
