27 de ago. de 2011 · Now back to"A Childs Adventure". This was one of the last Marianne puchases I made and I don't know why I waited so long, probably because it's so hard to find anymore. Now that I have it it's like a missing piece of this terrific artist discovered. This is defintly worth the money to any true Faithfull fan.

I liked her stuff from this period pretty well, it conjured up the times and all that, but I must stress that this was all 1960s ephemera to me – I had no idea at all that ...

27 de feb. de 2014 · A Child's Adventure appears almost exactly in the middle of Marianne Faithfull's long and varied discography, which itself is a product of her challenging and fascinating life. The late '60s and '70s appear to have been a particularly hard time for Faithfull, but in 1979 she released Broken English, which was widely acclaimed and hailed as her comeback.
