Datasheet 3 Rev. 1.10 2020-09-02 TLE75008-ESD SPIDER+ 12V Overview Detailed Description The TLE75008-ESD is an eight channel low-side switch providing embedded protecti ve functions. The output stages incorporate eight low- side switches (typical R DS(ON) at TJ = 25°C is 1 ì ).
The Input Status Monitor is operative also when TLE75008-EMD is in Limp Home mode. If one of the Input pins is set to “high” and the IDLE pin is set to “low”, the device switches into Limp Home mode and activates the channel mapped by default to the input pins. See Chapter 6.1.5 for further details.
