Today’s inspiration is from another favorite movie of mine from 2009, (500) Days of Summer. The movie is about Tom, a failed architect who makes a living by writing cards and Summer, a free-spirited secretary.

Hace 4 días · “500 Days of Summer” concludes with a bittersweet ending for Tom, as he struggles to accept that he wasn’t the “one” for Summer. Why did Summer marry the other guy? At the park bench, Summer said she felt that her husband was the one, something she didn’t feel with Tom. Ouch. However, it happens.
He then sulks through most of the film after the breakup until he sees her again at a wedding and they dance, where he now believes that there’s a chance for him again. She invites him to a party only to find out that she is now engaged. He storms out of the party as if he’s been totally betrayed by this terrible woman.
