  4. Eric Von Schmidt (May 28, 1931 – February 2, 2007) was an American folk musician and painter. He was associated with the folk boom of the late 1950s and early 1960s and was a key part of the Cambridge folk music scene. As a singer and guitarist, he was considered to be the leading specialist in country blues in Cambridge at the time, the counterpart of Greenwich Village's Dave Van Ronk.

  7. 28 de may. de 2018 · I wasn’t quite sure where to place this last one. It was the last Von Schmidt album issued but it was recorded on the heels of “2nd Right, 3rd Row.” Quite simply after it was recorded, and before it was released, Poppy records ran into legal difficulties. (I think a bankruptcy was involved as well.)
