Arnold Layne and See Emily Play were UK Top 20 though Apples and Oranages was released as Barrett seemed to be losing the plot. Half of these tracks hadn't appeared on other CDs and none of them in mono.

It was beautifully mastered by Doug Sax along with the other Floyd remasters, and is the sort of production you would expect from an audiophile label. It makes a perfect companion to his Piper remaster. The "First 3 Singles" disc, on the other hand, is the total opposite.
