President of Ireland Michael D Higgins and Taoiseach Simon Harris honored the leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising at a commemoration ceremony in Dublin on Wednesday. The ceremony was the 100th annual state commemoration at the Arbour Hill Military Cemetery, where the executed leaders of the rising are buried.
