St Giles' Church is a Roman Catholic church in the town of Cheadle, Staffordshire, England. The Grade I listed Gothic Revival church was designed by Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin and built between 1841 and 1846 for the Earl of Shrewsbury.

View map. Serving the parish of Cheadle, Staffordshire, St Giles is considered to be the finest of all the churches built by the celebrated nineteenth century architect and designer, AWN Pugin. It was financed by John Talbot (1791-1852), 16th Earl of Shrewsbury, who lived nearby at Alton Towers.

St Giles' Roman Catholic Church, Cheadle, by A. W. N. Pugin (1812-1852) is a Grade I listed building in the West Midlands, built 1841-46, and surely the most beautiful of his "thirteen buildings, both ecclesiastical and domestic, all situated within a few square miles of north-east Staffordshire" (Fisher 15).
