When in possession, inverted wing-backs cut inside to become midfielders while shadow striker becomes a third striker. Roaming playmaker is one of the most important players, covering the entire midfield to offer a short option for passing.

It seems using "Hard Tackles" is being seriously punished in the beta at the moment. Have you tried removing Hard Tackles in ZaZ Blue 4.0?
ZaZ Blue DM is pretty solid but not a game breaker like ZaZ had on FM21, this has 17 more points so ...

18 de nov. de 2023 · Patch 24.1.0 (DB1.0) tests. Trying three defenders. Most instructions from this tactic. We need a 60 points back 3 on the house. its insane, how good this tactic is defensively despite having 7 players on attack and attacking mentality.

Will try to set wingbacks and dms to shoot less often, to minimize loss of possession, since they have low xG and shot accuracy. Hopefully it will make a difference. I'll make the abovementioned changes and report back with my Oxford save.
