I presume it's because she got pregnant for real and philip their second baby in the show was jenna fisher's actual baby! That's why after the baby was born she wasn't on the show for a while and that'll be why she got bigger for their second show baby (philip) but not the first show baby (cece) cause she wasn't actually pregnant then!
