First released digitally on 13 September 2019 by Loma Vista Recordings, it features the songs "Kiss the Go-Goat" and "Mary on a Cross", written by vocalist Tobias Forge along with songwriters Salem al Fakir and Vincent Pontare.

«Kiss the Go-Goat» 3:19: 2. «Mary On A Cross» 4:08: 7:27: Historia. Según Ghost, Papa Nihil originalmente tocó este EP en un concierto en el Whisky a Go Go en West Hollywood (California) en 1969. Las grabaciones se perdieron pero recientemente Papa Nihil las ha encontrado y las ha relanzado por el 50 aniversario de la banda.
«Mary on a Cross», compuesta por Tobias Forge, líder de la banda Ghost, cuenta la historia de una mujer venerada como santa por muchos, pero que guarda en su interior un secreto perturbador. La letra explora la imperfección humana y la presencia inevitable de un lado oscuro en cada individuo.
