Around the same time, he contributed to albums by Richard Elliot, Warren Hill, Craig Chaquico, Rick Braun, Marc Antoine, Kirk Whalum, and Everette Harp. In 1995, White signed with Columbia/Sony and returned the following year with Caravan of Dreams (which hit number four on the Billboard Jazz chart).
If you look at the collaborators on this album he's called in a few favours guests include Boney James, Ready Freddie Washington, Lenny Castro, Paul Brown, Rick Braun and Marc Antoine. The album contains 10 new compositions penned by White and produced by Paul Brown.
A virtuoso with the acoustic guitar. "Caravan of Dreams" is such a great album because of White's natural talent, but then he throws in more talent to raise the stakes. Rick Braun on trumpet, Boney James on sax, Marc Antoine on guitar, and the beautiful voice of Basia lend their talents to make this a truly great album.
