The Hills se compone de cinco torres de uso mixto, que se elevan a medida que se alejan de la orilla para aprovechar al máximo las vistas que el río y la ciudad ofrecen. La fachada exterior del conjunto se caracteriza por sus líneas limpias y su color blanco, ocupando un lugar entre la arquitectura moderna del dinámico Puerto Santa Ana.
