LittleYellowFish1. • 3 yr. ago. For an in-universe reason, Coulson had a lot of input on the design for the uniform. He wanted it to look more like the spandex suit Rogers used to perform in, which naturally looks sillier and more impractical than the suit he used to actually fight in the war.
