Spud is a living (presumably mutated) scarecrow that wears a lavender shirt with a red and green scarf, blue trousers, a brown belt and he has a sharp cone-shaped replaceable parsnip nose which has been bent by accident twice.
Spud is a major character in Bob the Builder. He is a mischievous scarecrow who lives grounded on Farmer Pickles' farm. Initially appearing as somewhat of an antagonist, Spud would eventually loosen up a bit and become more friendly to Bob and his team.

Spud is a fictional scarecrow created by Keith Chapman. Rob Rackstraw voiced Spud from 1999 to 2011. Alan Marriot originally voiced the character in the US dub from 2001 to 2004, but Rackstraw would later take over the role from 2005 to 2011, voicing Spud in both dubs.
Spud is a mischevious scarecrow on Farmer Pickles' farm who tries to help Bob and the crew. Often he causes more problems, but usually all works out in the end.
