Brushless isn't a magic cure for loud setups; by the nature of spinning the flywheels at ~30k rpm, there will be noise. Check out Drac's video on one of the earlier Ultrastryfe setups; I've linked it to the part where he revs to give you a noise reference, but then I'd recommend watching the rest of the video to get an idea on the amount of components and effort involved.
