Step 1. Secure the motorcycle frame in an upright position on a sheet of 3/4-inch plywood using pipe brackets. Put a bracket over each of the lowest frame tubes and fasten the brackets to the plywood with 3/4-inch wood screws. Drive the screws using a cordless drill with a screw tip attachment.

5 de mar. de 2018 · Designing a straightening jig that will allow me to apply sufficient force (in addition to heat) to pull the frames back into shape. I've had a look at the Motoliner website. Obviously they want to sell straightening jigs, not teach people how to make their own, so they're not giving too much away.
