'M'arty Eisenberg is a superhero who goes by the name Battle Guy, and is the best friend of fellow superhero Dave Lizewski, the superhero Kick-Ass. Todd has much of the same personality as fellow superhero and friend Todd Haynes.
Todd Haynes is one of Dave Lizewski's best friends, and a superhero. He played an extremely minor role in the original Kick-Ass series, but played a much larger role in its sequel. His superhero persona is called Ass-Kicker. Todd exhibits a carefree personality.
He later talked to Marty and Todd about this idea at the local comic shop. They both said that it's a bad idea because they would get their ass kicked. Dave ignored their warning and went for it despite having no fighting skills or training, and no superpowers.
Follow the Leader: Marty becomes Battle Guy after being inspired by Kick-Ass, before finding out that his best friend Dave is Kick-Ass; they later bring Todd in on the action & he keeps coming up with names derivative of "Kick-Ass", which Dave & Mart call him out on.
