Julian Richings (born September 8, 1955 in Oxford, England) is an English-born Canadian actor. He plays Charon, the ferryman of the Underworld in Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Procrustes in Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
Has played three characters dealing with death and the underworld: The River Styx Ferryman in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010), Death in the TV series Supernatural (2005), and also Death in Dave vs Death (2011).
