The Clentaminator is a Hardmode tool sold by the Steampunker which can be used to convert blocks and plants to different biome equivalents. The converted biome type is determined by the ammunition solution used (sold separately).
The Mechanical Worm is a Hardmode boss-summoning item used to summon The Destroyer, the Hardmode version of the Eater of Worlds. It can only be used at night ; attempting to use this item during the day will not spawn the Destroyer nor consume the item.
Terminus is a non-consumable summoning item that is used to start and cancel the Boss Rush event with left click, and summoning the Vision of the Tyrant with right click once the vision has been encountered once. It can only be obtained by finding it in the Shrine at the bottom layer of the Abyss .
The mechanical bosses' summoning items can be crafted at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. They also drop from all Hardmode enemies (except statue -spawned enemies, Meteor Heads, and Old One's Army enemies) with a 1/2500 (0.04%) chance until their respective boss is defeated.
