Hickling is a village and a civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. The village is 22 miles south-east of Cromer, 20.3 miles north-east of Norwich and 137 miles north-east of London. The village lies 3 miles east of the Broadlands town of Stalham.

We had a most enjoyable visit to Hickling Broad Nature Reserve, despite the showery weather. The views are lovely, the staff most welcoming, and there is plenty of wildlife to see and hear. Shop, loos, car parking, picnic benches - everything you need for a few hours in the wild.

Hickling is a great place to base your holiday in Norfolk as it is close to both the Norfolk Broads and the Norfolk Coast. The village is spread out and split into two main parts, Hickling Heath and Hickling Green.
