Who is it for? A foreign national who meets at least one of the following conditions: criterion: has resided legally in Poland for a continuous period of at least 3 years based on a permanent residence permit, an EU long-term residence permit or the right of permanent residence, has a stable and regular source of income in Poland,

Persons living on the territory of Poland can apply for Polish citizenship through a Voivode competent for the place of residence of an interested party, whereas persons living abroad – through a competent consul. The application shall be submitted personally, or by mail, with an officially certified signature.
You can obtain Polish citizenship by naturalization if you fulfill any of the following criteria: You have lived in Poland continuously for at least three years with a permanent residence permit. You have a stable income in Poland. You have been married to your Polish spouse for at least three years. You are under 18 years old.
