12 de ago. de 2019 · To create the effect of a full orchestra, the three live string players were support by 3 electronic keyboards, played by Steve Turner and Jo Webb, as well as Marcus Byrne who also played piano and vocoder, for those times when the keyboard sounds like it’s actually singing.

12 de ene. de 2006 · Fewer orchestral sounds, more keyboards, especially moogs and rock-oriented instrumentation. Tracks stretch out to more than 6 minutes. As correctly described by some prog fellows, dark mood is the omnipresent feeling. That can make the music more impressive. Sound quality is the weak point of the album, first song is quite badly mixed.
The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) are an English rock band formed in Birmingham in 1970 by songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood with drummer Bev Bevan. Their music is characterised by a fusion of pop and classical arrangements with futuristic iconography.
