Tatsuya Endo (遠藤達哉 (えんどうたつや), Endō Tatsuya?), born July 23, 1980 in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese manga artist. He is the creator of the SPY x FAMILY manga. Endo aspired to be a manga artist since childhood. His family consists of one parent and one elder brother.
Spy × Family (stylized as SPY×FAMILY and pronounced "spy family") [2] [3] [4] is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo. The story follows a spy who has to "build a family" to execute a mission, not realizing that his adopted daughter is a telepath, and the woman he agrees to marry is a skilled assassin.

It's not unheard of for authors to put characters in previous series or oneshots in their current work. Anya looks like a younger version of the a character from one of Endo's previous work. I love it. Tatsuya Endo must really like the spy genre. Even a completely different franchise and it's still about spies.
