30 de ago. de 2022 · Either way, (877) 289-6418 is the best number available to reach a real person. There is no way, at least here my part of the USA, to contact a local UPS office directly. I was told by 2 customer service reps on different calls that the local offices are set up only to make outgoing calls. There are no numbers available for us to call them ...
19 de dic. de 2018 · UPS recycles their numbers, so after 120 days it might be to late. like maybe that info exists somewhere, but what's in it for them to take the time to find it for you. Its not a regular thing. Interesting. Doesn't seem like the recycled mine, well not just yet at least. The info is definitely somewhere back end.
28 de feb. de 2022 · Its the UPS My Choice app. Make an account with username and password. One hour before the expected delivery time a link appears for your package called Follow My Delivery. There you can see a map of roads, ehere your house is, and where the UPS truck is. Real cool. Follow my delivery. It's not available all the time.
11 de jun. de 2022 · A: If your package has a departure scan it will get an arrival scan. Departure Scans are logical scans based on the most recent physical scan. When a trailer departs or arrives at a UPS facility the packages in that trailer get a scan based on that. If you have a departure scan you will eventually see an arrival scan.
29 de ene. de 2021 · Typical stupid UPS garbage. Just like on the web site home page when you click on "Login/Signup", it takes you to the signup page first with a really small hyperlink for "Login". I am guessing that at least 99% of the people going to the link on the home page are doing it to login and NOT signup.

My package had a departure scan out of San Diego for 6 days now. There has been no update on tracking since the 8th. My package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I live in New York.
26 de dic. de 2020 · The UPS store was open and he paid the shipping costs and all. The tracking number on the receipt does not work. Every him or I attempt to track the package it just says “UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information”.
16 de oct. de 2022 · Ups can't find my package details. On the 7th, so over a week ago, I order an item from Amazon. It is supposed to be delivered by ups and was to arrive on the 13th. By the 11th/12th it said it had shipped but the 13th came and went, and it hadn't showed up. My Amazon order page says the package is running late and "should" be here by the 18th.
