Tetsu Takano (高野哲, Takano Tetsu?) (Tokio, Japón, 12 de diciembre de 1972) es un músico, probablemente más conocido como el primer vocalista de la banda visual kei Malice Mizer, después de abandonar Malice Mizer, se unió a Mega8Ball desde 1995 hasta 1997.
Tetsu Takano (高野哲, Takano Tetsu, born December 12, 1972 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese rock musician and singer-songwriter. He first became known as vocalist of the visual kei rock band Malice Mizer from 1992 to 1994. After leaving them, Tetsu formed and performed with Mega8Ball from 1995 to 1997.

Malice Mizer's sound during the Tetsu era was a mixture of early 1980s gothic rock, progressive rock and strong classical influences. Their first official release was the song "Speed of Desperate" on the 1993 compilation Brain Trash. [1]
