Silent Hill 2. Can't pick up some items. fewes17 16 years ago #1. For some reason I can't pick up some items. I try pressing the 'action' button when facing the item but nothing happens. I can pick up health items, keys and some melee weapons, but for some reason I can't pick up the handgun or the handgun ammo.
