The Horseless Headless Horsemann, the undead form of Silas Mann, is a neutral enemy that first appeared in Mann Manor and can now be found in several Halloween maps, both Valve-made and community-created.

However, charging shots is still worthwhile as the damage will properly scale against the Horsemann. The Machina will deal slightly more damage in this regard.
The Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker is available to anyone with a premium account who has acquired the Haunted Metal Scrap before or after the Scream Fortress Update by killing the Horsemann with a melee weapon; it may then be crafted through the prescribed blueprint.

In Mann Manor, approximately every 8 minutes, he spawns at the currently contested control point and hunts down players from both teams.
