Thomas Scott "Flip" Phillips (nació el 22 de febrero de 1973, en Valdosta, Georgia) es un músico estadounidense conocido mundialmente por ser el actual baterista de Alter Bridge y de Creed. Phillips se unió en 2004 a Alter Bridge con sus anteriores compañeros y miembros de Creed, Brian Marshall y Mark Tremonti (guitarrista) al mando.
For most of its existence, the band has consisted of lead vocalist Scott Stapp, lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, drummer Scott Phillips, and bassist Brian Marshall. Creed's first two studio albums, My Own Prison (1997) and Human Clay (1999), were released to commercial success despite unfavorable critical reception; Marshall left the band in 2000.
