There's a video series on Youtube called "Rhymes Highlighted" and they do a bunch of videos on MF DOOM. The lyrics scroll on screen as the music plays and they highlight every rhyme.
9 de jul. de 2022 · I'm sure many people are going to comment that it stands for Metal Face or sometimes Metal Fingers but the original meaning was Manhattan's Finest. Monarchy Forever. DOOM is a known supporter of Louis XVI. It stands for metal face. Metal Fingers is a different persona than MF DOOM.

Technically, DOOM is the most complex rapper in the game. His multi-syllable, internal and external flow (meaning he rhymes both within the verse and at the end) is mindblowing, and yet he's still able to keep a coherent narrative going the entire time. As a character, the MF DOOM persona is a pop culture goldmine.
